My SIL and her husband will be going to the States in two months to visit my MIL there. My BIL whose also there living with the MIL said that they plan to get their own house very soon. I think it's great idea so that we will not worry about paying the rent every month. It would also serve as an investment if the MIL, together with the FIL would retire someday. I'm looking at manufactured home online which they offer big discounts. I wonder if the BIL would be interested on this.
